About Orientation Program
Orientation of cohort II was started on 20th of Jan at 9 0’clock in the morning .Teryn took us to out side of the class and made us to play called Rock-Scissor-Paper and she also played with us. After that bags, course file and identity cards have been given to us .Later Naveen Sir took the class and explained about DFP programs.In the afternoon session we prepared our self introduction chart to be displayed next day. Then in the evening Chinnababu explained DFP policies. At 7 o’clock we come back again as some Lead Mela students wanted to present their ideas.
2nd day taryn took the class and gave the white papers and told that draw on it whatever you want .We draw some pictures and gave back. She asked us to tell about this and we replied. In the afternoon we had a poster session .Later sand box fellows shared their ideas. Afterwards we stick these posters in the library and explained it to the DF members. We also had given the program in subjail.
3rd day early in the morning at 5.30 we went to Akshay Patra and visited the world’s largest kitchen and Vigneshwardas explained very well about its work. Then we had brake fast and come back at 8.15. Later Naveen Sir discussed with us about Akshay Patra. After that we visited to Agastya Foundation.After coming back we discussed on it. Then some of the cohort I fellows shared their experience.
All these days we had been provided lunch and dinner and we enjoyed a lot. Really this was a unforgettable movement in my life.
